Tardies/Early Dismissals: 
Parents, please remember that school hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Students will be marked tardy if they arrive after 8:01 a.m.  If your student will be arriving late or leaving early, please notify the attendance line in advance at attendance@olgcschool.org. 

Early Dismissal Cutoff: 
So you can plan your after school appointments, please note that our cut off for students being picked up early is 2:30 p.m.  This is due to carpool line up beginning at that time.  Thank you for your understanding!

Sign In/Out & Building Entrance Requirements: 
Parents dropping off or picking up their students MUST sign them in or out with a Driver's License ID via our LobbyGuard kiosk.  This also applies to entering the building for any reason, including attending a meeting or volunteering.

Walker-Biker Permission Form:
Parents, if your child will be walking or bicycling to and from school, you must compete the Walker-Biker Permission Form.  You can find the form here:  2024-2025 Walker-Biker Permission Form.  This is a fillable PDF form that you can type on and e-sign, or print out and bring us a copy.  Please email your completed form to attendance@olgcschool.org, or send into school with your student before they will be walking home.
