PTO Chatter 4/11/19

Dear Families,

This is our last Chatter before Easter and spring break, so on behalf of the PTO Board, I wish you all a Blessed Holy Week, a Happy Easter, and a relaxing spring Break. Today's Chatter is especially lengthy because May is coming and it's a busy month for the PTO. Why...

1) We need to fill our vacant Board positions by May 7th. In addition to Vice President and Corresponding Secretary, we also need to fill the Member-at-Large position currently held by Julia Maggiano. Our two members-at-large organize the two major PTO social events of the year: Trunk or Treat and a spring event (this year's May 10th Spring Carnival). If you enjoy planning and implementing events for the school, be our next Member-at-Large. Please talk to me or Julia!

2) May 7th is our final PTO General Meeting of the year. Come hear from Mrs. Jewett and Fr. Matt. Socialize starting at 6:30 in the library. The meeting will begin at 7. More details to follow.

3) May 6th – 10th is Teacher Appreciation Week. Dagny Shiells and Tina Wickham have a great week of activities to honor our teachers, and we'll need your help. See below for all the details.
And last but not least,

4) the Spring Carnival will be Friday, May 10th from 2 – 4. Mark your calendars for a great afternoon! We'll need parents and middle schoolers to help. Details and sign ups will come soon.

Again, Easter Blessings! Relax over break, because May is going to be busy!

Beth
