Preschool Applicants

Preschool Application Process

1) Submit a Preschool Application. The form along with an original birth certificate and a copy of the Baptismal certificate (if applicable) must be submitted to the school office (703.938.3600).

2) At the time of submission of your application, a tuition deposit must be made, Click here to make the deposit. For information on tuition deposit refunds go to our Tuition and Payment Plan page.

3) You will receive a confirmation of enrollment letter by mail.

Kindergarten Applicants

Kindergarten Applicants

Students must be 5 years of age by September 30, 2019 to enter Kindergarten in the 2019-20 academic year.

The Kindergarten Application Process:

Applications for the 2019-20 kindergarten are accepted at any time.  Screening for kindergarten applicants is held in early February.

1) Complete the Kindergarten Application Documents. Return all documents to the OLGC School office. You will be asked to sign up for a kindergarten screening appointment when you submit your application.

2) At the time of submission of your application, a tuition deposit must be made. Click here to make the deposit. For information on tuition deposit refunds go to our Tuition and Payment Plan page.

3) The Preschool Information Form should be completed by your preschool and mailed or faxed (703-938-2933) to us by the preschool.

4) You will receive a letter regarding acceptance.

The following documents must accompany the Kindergarten Application Documents:

  • Original birth certificate (we will return to you)
  • Copy of Baptismal certificate
  • Custody papers (if applicable)
  • Copy of educational/psychological testing (if applicable)

1st - 8th Grade Applicants

Applications for the 2019-20 school year are accepted at any time.

1) Complete the Grades 1-8 Application Documents. Return all documents to the school office.

2) At the time of submission of your application, an entrance testing appointment will be scheduled for your child and a  tuition deposit must be made. Click here to make the deposit.  .

3) The results of the entrance test and your child's application documents will be reviewed.

4) You will receive a letter regarding acceptance. The tuition deposit is not refundable after the stated deadline in your acceptance letter.

The following documents must accompany the Application Documents:

  • Original birth certificate (we will return to you)
  • Copy of Baptismal certificate
  • Custody papers (if applicable)
  • Copy of educational/psychological testing

Applications for New Student Enrollments and Re-Registrations of Current Students are accepted at any time.  

Open enrollment period is the period from the date of a November open house through April 1 of the same school year.  A $500 tuition deposit is required for all students, whether new or returning. Deposits made during this period are 50% refundable, email dated no later than May 1, can be verified to have been sent by the parent/guardian of the student to pastoralassociate@olgcva.org with the subject line “request for tuition deposit refund”. 

Special enrollment period is the period from April 2 to the date of the next November open house.  A $700 tuition deposit is required for all students, whether new or returning. Deposits made during this period will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We do not accept checks or cash. All tuition deposits must be made online through Faith Direct - click here to make your deposit (https://membership.faithdirect.net/events/details/2447).
