Applications for New Student Enrollments
are accepted at any time.
New Students must fill out an application and pay a $500 tuition deposit per child to reserve a space for your student(s). Enrollments made after April 15 for the next school year require a $700 tuition deposit per child. All tuition deposits will be posted to your last month’s tuition for the upcoming school year. Once the application paperwork and entrance testing is complete, you will be notified of acceptance by either email or a letter will be mailed to you. Your tuition deposit is not refundable as of the date shown in your notification.
The tuition deposit should be made when the application documents are submitted. Tuition Deposits for new students may be made by check payable to OLGC School or with cash.
Re-Enrollments of Current Students
are accepted at any time.
Students re-enrolling must make a $500 tuition deposit per child to reserve a space for your student(s) for the upcoming school year. Re-Enrollments made after April 15 require a $700 tuition deposit per child. Due to the pandemic we are waving the the increase after April 16th. All tuition deposits are posted to your last month’s tuition for the upcoming school year and are not refundable.
Tuition Deposits for students re-enrolling may be made by check payable to OLGC School, with cash, through Faith Direct or through your existing Smart Tuition account Please see the instructions below to pay through Smart Tuition. Those families who do not have a Smart Tuition account should pay the deposit through Faith Direct.
To pay your deposit through your existing Smart Tuition account, go to parent.smarttuition.com, enter your login and password, click on the drop-down box to select your student(s), and click on GO. A window will appear which reads 20-21 Registration Deposit. Click on SAVE at the bottom of the window. You will be asked to click on an Agreement box. The next window allows you to select your method of payment and follow the prompts.
