At Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic School, the  Resource Team provides specialized academic and behavioral support in partnership with teachers, students, and families.  The team works to identify individual learning needs and implement effective, faith-aligned intervention strategies.  We strive to ensure that every student is supported in achieving their full potential, guided by the values of our Catholic faith.

Academic Support Center:

The goal of our Academic Support Center (ASC) is to reach and support as many students as possible.  When a student needs some extra practice or support with a concept, students can go to the ASC and a teacher will be there to help them.  If a student needs to make up a missed quiz, test, or assignment, they are sent to the ASC by their classroom teacher to work in a quiet atmosphere without disruption.  The ASC is staffed with OLGC teachers.
