Professional Background

I began my career at RCA Corporation, where I gained valuable experience in the professional world. Following the birth of my first child, I made the decision to become a stay-at-home mother, which eventually led to a rewarding journey of raising eleven wonderful children. This enriching experience inspired me to return to the workforce as a preschool teacher at St. John's in Leesburg. In 2020, I joined the faculty at OLGC, where I am excited to nurture and inspire young minds.

Faith in Action

I understand firsthand the transformative impact that Catholic education can have on a child's life, as it has profoundly influenced my own. In the classroom, I strive to instill in my students that living a life of faith is about embodying love, compassion, and concern for others and the world around us.

Favorite Teaching Moment

First grade is a year of remarkable growth, both academically and socially. I take great joy in helping students build a solid foundation of new skills while fostering their curiosity and wonder. In our classroom, we embrace the belief that together, we can tackle any challenge that comes our way.

Favorite Food

I love for dumplings in all their forms, from savory pierogis to delightful potstickers

Favorite Activity Outside of School

Nothing makes my heart sing like a house full of family and friends. I cherish spending time with loved ones, and I enjoy traveling, hiking, and swimming whenever I can.

Fun Fact About Me

I began swimming competitively at the age of five and continued through high school. In college, I switched gears and took up rowing.
