Professional Background
I worked at MICA at the front desks of the residence halls, answering questions and checking id's. I also worked with the Globe Letterpress studio that MICA had recently acquired, learning how to run a letterpress and how to care for wood and lead type. I also worked at The Container Store for a short time. After graduating, I worked for Haute Papier in Arlington, again working in a letterpress studio. After a year there, I felt it was time to try new things and look back at a childhood dream of working as a teacher. I then began work at OLGC which I had attended as a student myself and which had inspired that childhood dream.

Faith in Action
Explaining to preschoolers the miraculous medal and St. Benedict medal that I wear. Giving them access to the Divine Mercy Image I carry with my phone. Actively pray with the students.

Favorite Teaching Moment
Listing to preschoolers while they draw and talking with them about Pokemon.

Favorite Food
Bubble tea

Favorite Activity Outside of School
Reading manga/watching anime and also painting my nails.

Fun Fact About Me
I am currently learning Japanese.
