Bachelor of Fine Arts (graphic design) from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA)

I have been working at OLGC since 2018, but it is my home parish and I am an alum of OLGC myself. I started with the new preschool as part of the aftercare program, and have grown up with the kids moving into 1st grade as an Instructional Assistant and then into 2nd. Then I stopped. I am a current 2nd grade teacher.

The Catholic Faith is the main thing I teach. Yes I am asked to teach Reading, Math, Social Studies and so on, but if I am not living the Catholic Faith, then I am not succeeding in teaching. I especially love 2nd Grade as this is the year the students receive 1st Reconciliation and 1st Eucharist. I love growing in my faith and finding new resources, podcasts, authors, and speakers who teach the Catholic Faith, that I can then pass on to the students.

Reading and playing video games
