I joined the Arlington Diocese as a music teacher in 2005. Before I become a classroom teacher, I was a active concert cellist. I have played as a member of numerous orchestras in Korea, South Carolina, Ohio and Washington DC metro area. As a chamber musician, I am the founding member of Paras Ensemble and Kris Trio. As a music educator, I directed youth choir, youth orchestra and youth hand bell choir program at several diocesan churches and had a private cello studio with students of all ages . Prior to join OLGC in 2016, I served as a music director at St. Paul Chung.

Favorite Teaching Moment
I love seeing students remember and singing songs/game songs that they learn in their music class.
Korean spicy cold noodles (celled Bibim Naengmyeon) or any korean dishes!!
Favorite Activity Outside of School
I love to travel and experience new cultures. I have to figure things out and see new people when travelling, and I LOVE it!!

My favorite musician is 'Dave Matthews Band'. Going to their concert is #1 on my bucket list.
